“We contacted One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating with a concern that our heater was not coming on. Within a couple of hours, there was a technician at the house who diagnosed the problem and identified a number of other issues with the heating unit's combustion chamber. By evening, we had a sales representative in the house taking measurements and examining our house. He proposed three different options for us to choose from. The presentation was informative, professional, and very customer oriented. We made a decision on a replacement unit. The following morning, a service tech team was at our house to remove and replace the inside and outside HVAC unit. By early afternoon, we had heat. So, in the end, we only had to spend one evening in winter without the unit. Needless to say, we are very impressed with the speed that One Hour Air responded to our initial call and the fact that they replaced the entire unit within 24 hours of the first contact. We also were impressed with the years of experience the technician team had, and their professionalism. We felt very comfortable, not only with the team of technicians, but also with the sales manager. His presentation was clear, understandable, and very informative. We had an excellent overall experience with One Hour and we recommend them to our friends. EXCELLENT JOB!”
